Powder Coating
Both our coating plants have Iron Phosphate pre-treatment washes to achieve a good adhesion to both steel and galvanized metals. We offer a range of RAL colours from stock but also add new colours to our standards list with ongoing contract work to prevent delays. Currently we offer a 5 working day turn around on colours with blacks being 3 days.

Our largest plant, designed for high volume coating of large parts and panels, has a 5 stage Iron Phosphate pre-treatment and automated spray booth.
1200x350mm x up to 60cm
Our smaller plant, more suitable for high volume components, also processing through an Iron Phosphate pre-treatment to prepare surfaces for coating.
